Simone Turco is the Founder and Director of Direction Capital, where he combines his legal expertise, investment advisory skills, and deep knowledge of Middle Eastern real estate to connect global investors with high-growth opportunities.

Based between Muscat and London, Simone has built his career at the intersection of law, finance, and real estate development. As Legal Director of Wujha Developer LLC, one of Oman’s leading private real estate companies, he has overseen major residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations while structuring transactions to meet international investment standards.

With a background as a lawyer in Europe and the Middle East, Simone brings a unique perspective to cross-border investments. He advises family offices, institutional investors, and private clients on strategies that optimize risk management, confidentiality, and long-term value creation. His expertise spans corporate structuring, real estate law, and investment vehicles across Oman, the GCC, and offshore jurisdictions.
